Job Description

Skill : Project Manager Exp: 10+Yrs Location : Chennai/ Bangalore Notice Period : 30 days Responsibilities • Project governance & delivery • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business stakeholder goals. • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and budgets (where relevant) ensuring on-time delivery. • Track progress using team Kanban board(s), adjusting plans as needed. • Cross-functional coordination: • Own project execution, ensuring alignment and orchestration between process mining architects/engineers, IT, and business teams • Process mining architects/engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements and proper data extraction, transformation, and pipeline setup • Technology & IT teams for system integrations, security, and compliance • Business SPOC to ensure any requirements are clearly documented • Stakeholder & risk management • Engage with process SPOC and SMEs’ to align on priorities. • Identify risks (e.g., data quality issues, regulatory constraints) and escalate/resolve them proactively. • Ensure adherence to banking regulations (GDPR, BCBS 239, SOX) in process mining projects. • Reporting & documentation • Provide updates on project status, ROI, and process improvement opportunities. • Maintain clear documentation (e.g. project charters, RAID logs). Minimum Qualifications / Skills • Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver project and provide status updates. • Proven experience with co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment • Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines • Proven skills in coordination, staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams including Procurement, Ops and stakeholders • Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology • Leadership skills to coach, co-ordinate and grow a successful delivery team • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community • Strong technologist, ability to problem solve, think out of the box, self-starter, ability to work under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual • Ability to think clearly and to resolve critical problems in a high-pressure environment • Strong Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project) skills • Process good influencing skills and problem-solving skills • Solid project organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability to track project delivery status, dependencies and financials • Able to handle multi-tasks, manage time effectively and perform under pressure. • Able to work at flexible hours and travel
