Job Description

Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of
high-rise and villa construction projects
from initiation to handover.
Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Manage project risks, delays, and cost control measures effectively.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and other team members.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
construction project management
in
high-rise villas.
Expertise in
project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
M.Tech / Post-Graduation in Construction Management
