About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own business and technology KPIs

    for key client accounts, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze client performance data

    to identify opportunities for optimization, cross-sell, and up-sell.
  • Partner with the sales team

    to define project scope, objectives, and delivery timelines for new clients.
  • Lead new client onboarding

    , managing project planning, deployment, and post-go-live success.
  • Drive account growth

    by initiating and tracking business development initiatives aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams

    —Technology, Product, Solutions, Implementation, and Analytics—to design effective solutions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Represent Capillary

    at regional and national forums, strengthening brand visibility and client relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience

    in software project delivery and/or client management.
  • Proven expertise in

    project management methodologies

    and tools with hands-on execution experience.
  • Exposure to

    retail, digital, e-commerce, CRM, or loyalty analytics

    domains is highly desirable.
  • Strong

    business acumen

    with a track record of driving client growth and results.
  • Exceptional

    stakeholder management

    and

    team leadership

    skills.
  • Excellent

    presentation, communication, and interpersonal

    abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
