Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution of work. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans. Support senior engineers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Ensure safety protocols and quality control measures are followed on-site. Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalating major concerns to the project lead. Maintain documentation related to project execution, compliance, and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Total 3+ years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the real estate sector. Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction. Familiarity with construction practices, materials, and on-site coordination. Working knowledge of construction tools, software, and MS Office. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of safety regulations and construction standards. Experience: - Experience 4-5 years in the engineering field preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
