The Project Manager will manage the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of project to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.
The Project Manager will have well-developed client liaison, will possess strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to coach, inspire and motivate his team to perform to an equally high standard.
Project Manager will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles, and contractual SLAs and KPIs.
The Project Manager will fulfill senior client engagement responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing development of the offshore-onsite relationship, enabling improved customer service and creating opportunities for business development.
Key responsibilities
· Ensuring a coordinated workflow between all the disciplines within the team, and with other client teams where appropriate.
· Assuming responsibility for the project management of any level of complexity work within the team
· Intake Briefs by reviewing in detail and requesting clarification on any ambiguities; preparing complete project timelines which adhere to client deadline priorities.
· Assuming responsibility for ensuring that all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe and for re-negotiating with the Account Manager where appropriate.
· Production planning in close liaison with the Team Leader / Workflow Manager
· Fulfillment of SLAs
· Periodical reports in necessary formats as demanded by clients and other key stakeholders
· Planning capacity to handle spikes in demand – when there is a sudden increase in inflow of work
· Review the status reports of team members across projects and address issues as appropriate
· To build and develop good relationships with the account managers & clients and manage their expectations
· To work with other Project Managers to ensure that the overall studio portfolio is managed effectively
· To ensure high customer service levels and maximize the benefit of the studio to the wider network
· To support the leadership team in the migration of new clients and / or services
· To prioritize activities and needs as appropriate, in order to ensure all client requirements are met to time, budget and quality standards
· Building and developing good relationships with the account manager, and managing their expectations
· To establish and review local operating-procedures and to implement and maintain Best Practice principles
· To maintain and enhance the efficiencies in processes
· To ensure compliance with quality and project control procedures to deliver projects to time, budget and quality standards
· To work with the team to maintain accurate records and information of project activities throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure effective project control
· To maximize client/account manager satisfaction and service levels at all times, seeking input from others and / or escalating difficult or sensitive issues as appropriate

· Working knowledge of production cycle and web technology
· Calm, professional, positive and good-humored approach
· Experience – Lifesciences experiences is a must with minimum of 2 years
· PMP Certification preferred
· Prior experience working on life science domain and knowledge of Veeva CRM, RTEs, Videos etc.
· Educated to degree standard or equivalent in an aligned vocational subject, i.e. communications, web design, graphic design.
· Knowledge and prior experience on HTML and other such web-based technologies will be an added advantage.
· Ability to develop a team and support team members with creative and technical expertise
· Excellent working-knowledge of production cycles and Omnichannel experience preferred.
