Your Team's Impact
The team is responsible for providing FactSet’s real-time market data as a part of client implementations, as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will get the opportunity to be an integral part of the Real-Time market data team providing expertise on structuring project plans, actively managing stakeholders, RAID logs, key milestones, procurement, communications, time, cost, scope, quality management and value add in terms of the outcomes of the department. The role will report to the US-based Principal Program Manger for Real-Time and will matrix report to the India-based Associate Director of Engineering for Real-Time.
What You'll Do
The Real-Time Project Management team is seeking to hire a Real Time Project Manager to be the first client facing Hyderabad based Project Manager to support the Real-Time Data Solutions Engineering team. There is a mature Real-Time engineering organization in India that drives core development of several aspects of the Real-Time products and that has experience working with project management in the US and India which is seeking local support to drive outcomes for the Real-Time business' client facing implementations.
- Creates project plans cooperatively with the engineering, product development and Client Engagement stakeholders.
- Establishes and consistently maintains a productive environment for successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Actively manages project plans, including but not limited to, definition and maintenance of work breakdown structures, OKRs, RAID logs, key milestones, internal/external communications, procurement management.
- Effective, self-starter in managing key project management areas such as, requirements gathering and articulation, quality measures, scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, quality management, communications management and stakeholder management.
- Proactively assist and value add for Real-Time implementation and Engineering oriented projects based primarily in APAC and EMEA. A successful candidate will carve out a global presence for themselves.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, evaluate business benefits/costs and drive business meaningful outcomes
- Clearly communicate project execution plan and development status with key stakeholders in a visible and consistent fashion.
- Establish transparent, consistent, low bureaucracy and repeatable project management best practices for engineering and product development resources.

What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in project or program management
- At least 5 years working directly with engineers.
- At least 3 years working directly with product development and senior stakeholders
- At least 3 years working directly with external clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial traded instruments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders/colleagues directly and indirectly.
- Practitioner of Servant-Leadership.
- Desire for on-going challenges and interest in continuously learning about new business practices, technologies and financial instruments.
- Demonstrated, strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to translate technical features into business benefits
- Demonstrated experience with competitor market data vendors and products (e.g., Bloomberg B-Pipe, ICE Data Services, LSEG Real-time/RTDS).
