Job Title: Project Manager – Coalitions and Collaborations Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person About Us Navjyoti India Foundation is a pioneering non-profit organization, founded in 1987 by India’s first woman IPS officer, Dr. Kiran Bedi, and 15 like-minded police officials. For over 37 years, we’ve worked at the grassroots to empower vulnerable communities and enable self-reliance through holistic development in Child Education, Skill Upgradation, Community Development, Women Empowerment, and The Environment. We are now looking for a Project Manager – Coalitions and Collaborations, who will play a key leadership role in enabling strategic partnerships and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, donors, and collaborators. Maintain professional and timely communication across all touchpoints, including follow-ups and reporting. Draft high-quality communication for outreach, partnerships, proposals, and donor relations. 2. Project Oversight & Cross-Team Collaboration Oversee the internal coordination of the Coalitions and Collaborations team, ensuring progress on fundraising, communications, outreach, and field activities. Monitor team deliverables, drive accountability, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in workflows, systems, and team processes. 3. Data and Documentation Management Maintain organized and up-to-date records of stakeholders, meeting minutes, reports, and project plans. Analyze stakeholder and fundraising data, supporting reporting for fundraising and impact communication. Ensure timely documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for transparency and learning. 4. Strategic Coordination and Leadership Support Manage the calendar, appointments, and travel plans of the Director – Coalitions and Collaborations. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items from high-level meetings. Accompany the Director on local, national, and international visits, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. Draft critical correspondence, reports, and acknowledgments on behalf of leadership. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, development studies, public administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach. Comfortable with managing data, coordinating teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams or working in a strategic/administrative capacity is preferred. What You’ll Gain A front-row seat to strategic decision-making.
