About the Role

Project Manager

You will own timelines, resolve blockers, coordinate between engineering, product, onboarding, support, and customers — ensuring projects go live successfully and stay on track.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, clarity, and getting things done in a fast, multi-product SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise and mid-market restaurant clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria for each implementation.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and weekly status updates.
• Run internal & external standups, escalate delays, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point between product, engineering, onboarding, support, integrations, and sales.
• Translate customer requirements into structured tasks and ensure teams execute on time.
• Track dependencies across design, dev, QA, deployment, integrations, and training.

Customer Management

• Manage communication with customer stakeholders (Ops, IT, COO, franchise heads, store managers).
• Set correct expectations and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to Customer Success.
• Conduct training sessions and ensure customers adopt the product effectively.

Process & Quality

• Ensure project documentation, BRDs, checklists, and playbooks are updated.
• Identify delivery gaps, recurring issues, and propose process improvements.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project status, blockers, and metrics.
• Track go-live timelines, delays, and completion percentages.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact projects.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of project / program management experience

  in SaaS, tech services, or hospitality tech.
• Strong understanding of product implementation, integrations, onboarding, and technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multiple parallel projects.
• Experience using tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, Gantt tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and understand basic technical requirements (APIs, integrations, data flows).
• Comfortable with customer-facing roles and periodic travel.
