Promary Responsibilities Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Issue debugging: Investigate and resolve operational issues reported by internal stakeholders or customers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services. Ops queries/requests: Respond to and address operational queries and requests from various teams within the organization, providing assistance and guidance as needed. Meetings: Attend and actively participate in operational meetings, including team sync-ups, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions, providing input and insights to support decision-making and problem-solving. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to address operational requirements and support ongoing initiatives. Secondary Responsibilities Performance monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Process improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Documentation and training: Assist in the documentation and maintenance of operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for internal reference and training purposes. Onboarding support: Support the onboarding and training of new team members on operational tasks, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth integration and proficiency.
