Product Delivery Manager Experience: 2-3 years Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days Location: Gurugram, 5 Days Working Work Mode: Work From Office Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM Key Responsibilities: Coordinate product delivery processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion. Facilitate client on-boarding, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, serving as a primary point of contact. Conduct client meetings confidently, addressing requirements and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop a thorough understanding of the product to effectively train clients and address inquiries. Actively engage in resolving client escalations and queries promptly and efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing needs. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Oversee integrations raised with food delivery aggregators and/or payment gateways, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in product delivery or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Show more Show less
