Product Delivery Associate

As a Product Delivery Associate within the Corporate and Investment Bank Wholesale Lending Services team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex requirements into market-ready products, promoting change initiatives, and ensuring efficient, scalable product delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster key relationships, and champion ongoing product value and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive data analysis, solution design, and problem-solving to address business needs.
• Assist in end-to-end testing and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate experience in system integration and work closely with the technology team.
• Analyze Loan IQ database schema and data models to support business and technical requirements.
• Use SQL for data interrogation, trend analysis, and issue resolution.
• Independently book test transactions and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Bridge business and technology teams through effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate in Agile team environments, supporting iterative development and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product and process.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Over 8 years of hands-on business analysis experience with lending applications.
• Managed regulatory, interface modernization, and data feed initiatives, with expertise in system integration and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to oversee projects and product backlogs for feature teams.
• Experience integrating and working with Finastra Loan IQ APIs.
• Deep understanding of agented and non-agented loan servicing throughout the full loan lifecycle.
• Skilled in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Strong track record in identifying and resolving operational discrepancies.
• Independently managed test transactions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple regions.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into product features and user stories.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, prioritizing product backlog for maximum business value, and driving continuous improvement.
