About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Delivery Associate to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will assist the Product Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth course operations — from managing the course calendar and communications to timely posting of course content on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Delivery Manager in maintaining and updating the course calendar.
• Coordinate with internal teams and instructors to ensure timely posting of course modules and materials on the LMS.
• Manage and respond to emails related to course schedules, student queries, and delivery updates.
• Track course progress and report deviations or issues promptly.
• Support in preparing and maintaining delivery-related documents and reports.
• Assist in student communication and coordination during live sessions or course launches.
• Ensure all course updates and announcements are communicated clearly and on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, delivery coordination, or academic administration (preferably in EdTech or training).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver quality work under deadlines.
