Project Manager

Conversantech is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality IT projects while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

🔹 Position: Project Manager

🔹 Location: Rajkot (On-site)

🔹 Experience Required: 2–4 years in IT Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, BDE, and HR
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
• Track project performance using standard project management tools
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure timely delivery with quality standards and client expectations
• Prepare documentation, reports, and project status updates for management

🔸 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good client handling and documentation skills

🔸 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Agile/Scrum certification is an added advantage
