Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee inquiries, conducting onboarding and training sessions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Specialist will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• CIPD or SHRM certification is beneficial
