Role Overview:

Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new team members
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Support training and development programs
• Partner with management to strengthen company culture and values

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• 2 - 4 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality industry preferred)
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices
• A people-first mindset and love for building positive work environments
