About The Role

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Program Analyst

to support the successful execution of projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with program managers to coordinate project deliverables, maintain progress reports, and support communication between technical and business stakeholders.This position is well-suited for early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support program managers in maintaining Jira boards, backlogs, and sprint documentation.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews.
  • Help organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all artifacts are complete, accurate, and accessible.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program goals.
  • Identify, track, and escalate potential project risks, blockers, and dependencies to the leadership team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing tools, templates, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or analyst roles (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint (creating impactful presentations).
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies — Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments or PMO operations.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
