Position Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior turnkey projects.
• Prepare and review

  BoQs, drawings, measurements, and material approvals

  .
• Monitor and ensure quality standards at every stage of the project.
• Oversee

  procurement and vendor management

  for timely availability of resources.
• Conduct

  regular site visits

  to supervise work progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables through CRM tools (Myntask or equivalent).
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
• Ensure

  smooth site handover

  with complete documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (B.Tech/BE preferred).
• MBA in Project Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum

  6–10 years of experience

  in managing interior turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, drawings, measurement checks, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, AutoCAD, project management software, and CRM tools

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
