Job Summary:

Project Manager

remote position based in India

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams (developers, QA, design, operations) to ensure alignment
Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and resources effectively
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and clients
Ensure project documentation, compliance, and reporting are consistently maintained
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
Use tools like
JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
to track project milestones and KPIs
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups (for Agile environments)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
4–8 years of experience
in project management in IT/software or related domains
Strong understanding of
Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
project methodologies
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)

Preferred Skills:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
preferred
Experience managing
remote and cross-cultural teams
Exposure to software development or SaaS environments
Familiarity with tools like
Slack, Notion, Gantt charts
, and time tracking apps
