Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of waste management projects: collection, transportation, disposal, and processing.
• Monitor and supervise bio-mining operations and RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) plant functioning.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and local government guidelines.
• Optimize resource utilization for effective and sustainable waste processing.
• Liaise with government officials, ULBs, and stakeholders for project coordination.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve daily and monthly operational targets.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for project progress and audits.
• Handle on-ground challenges and ensure timely execution of tasks.
