Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager working directly with the senior leadership to plan, execute, and manage cross-functional projects aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and organized executor capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Management : Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with functional heads and teams across departments to drive initiatives, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth project execution. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up : Prepare agendas, briefings, and action trackers for leadership meetings; ensure follow-up and accountability on key decisions. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the stakeholders. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement best practices across the organization. Qualifications: MBA from top tier colleges in India or abroad. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
