Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Management Consultant at Red Nucleus, you will be an integral part of the Advisory practice team, dedicated to delivering high-quality results to clients and their businesses. You will collaborate with the Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A) Leadership and team members to assist organizations in solving issues, creating value, maximizing growth, and enhancing business performance. Your role will involve strategically transforming and advancing operations through process and system excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and implement specified projects, representing Red Nucleus in addressing clients" needs - Engage in collaborative Advisory projects such as Organization Change Management (OCM), Project Planning and Management (PMO), Business requirements, Process optimization, Training, Business plan/case, and more - Manage budget and SOW, contribute to marketing and Business Development, and drive success of the SS&A Business unit or Red Nucleus as a whole Qualifications Required: - Certified Project Manager with PPM or CAPM certification - 6-8 years of experience in driving enterprise technology implementations, process optimizations, and program operations, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries - Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities - Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities - High attention to detail, self-starter, driven, and able to multi-task with superior organization skills - Ability to lead, take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables, and work effectively with global and interdisciplinary teams - Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio - Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) Additional Company Details: Red Nucleus is dedicated to advancing knowledge to improve lives, providing strategic learning and development, scientific advisory services, and medical communications solutions for the life sciences industry.
