Medical Art Director

In this role, you will work closely with clients to establish the visual style for 2D/3D animations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of animators to ensure successful project completion, collaborating with leaders in other departments for multidisciplinary tactics, and maintaining the overall artistic vision for animations. Key Responsibilities: - Establish the artistic vision for 2D/3D animations - Conduct scientific research and collaborate with medical writers and storyboard artists - Execute complex 2D and 3D scenes - Drive continuous improvement for the animation department - Provide creative solutions for pitches and proposals - Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure project expectations are met - Coach and mentor a team of animators for their growth and success Requirements: - Science degree required; graduate of a Biomedical Communications discipline preferred - 10+ years of working experience in a fast-paced production environment - Proficiency in 3D animation software (Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, Maxon Cinema 4D) - Advanced skills in Adobe software and 2D animation production - Experience in storyboard development and leading a small team Skills & Abilities: - Creativity - Strong organizational and communication skills - Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail - Passion for science and animation - Commitment to team growth As part of INVIVO, A Red Nucleus Company, you will be contributing to the improvement of the quality of life by accelerating the understanding of science.
