Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of

  marketing and CRM projects

  .
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, content, and technology teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
• Manage

  CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

  – including implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, segmentation, and automation within the CRM for targeted outreach.
• Track project performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while proactively finding solutions.
• Support the Project Manager in defining processes and best practices for project delivery.
• Train and mentor junior team members where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in

  project coordination/lead roles

  , preferably in marketing or CRM-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  CRM tools

  (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  digital marketing channels

  (SEO, email, social media, paid ads).
• Excellent organizational and

  project management skills

  (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
