Specializing in various domains like customer service, website development, social media management, and more, Ossisto's Virtual Assistants provide expert support to meet diverse business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for end-user devices, business applications, and cloud platforms Manage and maintain client systems using NinjaRMM, including scripting, patch management, and policy automation Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, Android) Assist with email service migrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) Support cloud migrations and system integrations for clients Respond to support tickets and requests in a timely and professional manner Document solutions and procedures using internal tools (e.g., ITGlue) Communicate effectively with clients via email, chat, and phone Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and process improvements Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of IT support or MSP experience Proficiency in NinjaRMM, including automation scripting and alert management Proficiency in ITglue and documentation services Experience with cloud/email migrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) Working knowledge of HubSpot, CRM platforms, and general SaaS troubleshooting Familiarity with endpoint protection and monitoring tools (e.g., SentinelOne, Huntress) Experience with documentation platforms such as ITGlue Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bonus Skills: Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) Network troubleshooting (basic firewall, DNS, DHCP understanding) Understanding of IT compliance and cybersecurity fundamentals Show more Show less
