Job Description

As a Project Lead at nCircle Tech, your role involves developing a detailed understanding of client expectations and requirements, engaging in client management, driving team success through coordination and conflict resolution, meeting and building positive rapport with clients, coaching team members for improved results, and providing recruitment support. You should have the ability to identify project risks, review progress diligently, build rapport with clients, understand technical projects, prioritize effectively, develop systems and processes, and analyze metrics to track progress.
