Job Summary:

Head of Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  Lead and manage end-to-end execution of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Planning & Scheduling:

  Oversee master planning, project scheduling, and resource allocation; establish KPIs for timely delivery.

• Design & Engineering Coordination:

  Review and approve design layouts, engineering drawings, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Cost Control & Budgeting:

  Develop and manage budgets; monitor costs, cash flows, and implement value engineering strategies.

• Contract & Vendor Management:

  Finalize contracts, manage contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure deliverables are met.

• Site Management:

  Supervise on-site teams to ensure work is executed as per quality and safety standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Liaise with consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.

• Reporting & MIS:

  Provide regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum

  20 years

  of experience in the real estate/construction sector, with

  at least 5 years in a leadership role in the UAE

  .
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, permitting processes, and local construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
