Project Executive
to join our team. This role demands a proactive professional with strong organizational, communication, and strategic execution skills. The Project Executive will play a vital role in driving portfolio strategies, ensuring high-quality print deliverables, identifying new product opportunities, supporting field teams, and overseeing the preparation and participation in conferences and CME (Continuing Medical Education) initiatives. The position requires strong multitasking abilities, field collaboration, and an aptitude for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Portfolio Strategies
- Develop and implement effective portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis of product performance and market trends to support decision-making.
- Recommend innovative approaches to strengthen product visibility and sales outcomes.
- Quality Print Inputs
- Ensure accuracy, creativity, and quality in print collaterals including marketing materials, brochures, and communication aids.
- Collaborate with creative and printing vendors to meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.
- New Product Identification
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate product feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of product launch strategies and supporting materials.
- Conduct of Strategy Meetings
- Plan, organize, and facilitate periodic strategy meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective communication of goals, plans, and performance expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up action points.
- Regular Support to Field & Joint Field Work
- Provide consistent support to field teams to strengthen execution of business strategies.
- Participate in joint field visits to ensure seamless implementation of plans and understand ground realities.
- Address field queries and facilitate smooth coordination with internal departments.
- Conference & CME Preparation and Participation
- Manage end-to-end preparation for conferences, CME programs, and other key events.
- Coordinate logistics, content creation, speaker arrangements, and delegate engagement activities.
- Actively participate in CME programs to represent the organization and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Secondary Sales Monitoring & Allied Operational Activities
- Track secondary sales data and ensure alignment with primary sales targets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Support allied operational tasks including budgeting, compliance, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in project execution, portfolio management, or field support roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
