A Project Sales Executive is responsible for managing and driving the sales process for project-based opportunities. This role involves identifying and developing new business prospects, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of sales projects. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. Identify potential project opportunities through market research and networking. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports. Business Development Generate new leads through client meetings, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and track progress. Develop proposals and quotations tailored to project requirements. Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with the company’s offerings. Serve as the main point of contact during all phases of the sales process. Project Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction. Assist in resolving issues or delays that may impact the delivery or success of a project. Negotiation and Closing Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions with clients. Finalize agreements and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and project specifications. Market Intelligence Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide feedback to management on product/service improvements and customer needs.
