Job Overview
The Project Director will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects under the PMC model. This role involves strategic oversight, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational goals.
- Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor construction progress, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement risk management strategies and resolve project issues.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within PMC projects.
