Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are achieved.
• Lead and mentor project management teams to deliver world-class results.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management.
• Maintain strong client relationships, representing Archetype at all project stages.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on project proposals and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture with at least 20 years of project management experience, including 10 years in a consulting environment.
• Proven success managing complex Building & Real Estate projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Fluent in English with experience working in multicultural teams.
