Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Project Timelines and Milestones : Ensure clear definition and regular tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Roles and Responsibilities : Document and communicate individual team member roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scope and Deliverables : Assist in gathering project requirements, defining scope, and clarifying deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Communication Protocols : Establish and maintain communication channels within project teams; act as a central point of contact for project-related queries.
• Status Reporting : Prepare and share project status reports; monitor daily progress and escalate risks or blockers to project managers.
• Risk Management : Identify and track project risks; support mitigation planning with project leadership.
• Resource Availability : Track and report on resource allocation and availability for project needs.
• Client Communication : Support client communication by ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely updates regarding project progress.
• Budget Tracking : Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Change Request Handling : Document, communicate, and help coordinate the process for handling change requests, ensuring proper approvals and implementation.
  

Required Skill Set

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Ability to articulate and report project updates in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive willingness to learn and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle blockers effectively.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
