Job Description

Enterprise Sales: Build and nurture relationships with large enterprises, identifying business opportunities and ensuring the company is empaneled as a preferred technology service provider. Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client onboarding, and successful closure for IT project outsourcing and staff augmentation. Independently identify potential clients by conducting in-depth research, mining data, and establishing meaningful connections. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique business needs and delivering exceptional service. RFPs and Tenders: Work on high-value RFPs and tenders from enterprise clients, including government and private sectors. Develop proposals that effectively address client needs and expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or key account management, with expertise in IT consulting, outsourcing, and staff augmentation. Proven success in lead generation and client relationship management, with a results-driven approach to achieving targets. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and high-impact presentations. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with technical and delivery teams. Strong understanding of Onshore market dynamics and client needs in the software domain. A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions. Hands-on experience with in-person client meetings for presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
