Project Coordinator

You are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project management activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. **Role Overview:** As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team. You will facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements. Your role will also involve documenting and formalizing change requests (CR) and obtaining approval for CRs. It is crucial for you to ensure that customer expectations are aligned with the development strategy and that there is minimum impact on the project due to client issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress and provide updates on project status - Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks for timely execution and delivery - Document and formalize change requests (CR) and obtain approval for CRs - Ensure alignment of customer expectations with the development strategy - Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer - Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Demonstrate strong understanding of the project domain and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients **Qualification Required:** - B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MCA - Minimum 2 years of experience This role requires technical expertise in Account Management, Change Management, Customer Management, Domain Knowledge, Feedback Management, Go Live Management, Issue Management, Product Demonstration, Product Training, Project Monitoring & Controlling, and Scope Management.,
