Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is integral to ensuring clear communication, effective problem-solving, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track project progress and proactively identify issues or risks.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project scope.

Documentation Management:
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and approvals.
  • Ensure all necessary project approvals and sign-offs are obtained as required.

Team Support:
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Address team members' queries and provide clear direction on project-related concerns.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and assist in the creation of mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot project issues and escalate when necessary to maintain project flow.

Quality Control & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet organizational and quality standards.
  • Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Content Management:
  • Oversee and validate content for the website, including product listings, descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and consistent across all formats (text, images, videos).
  • Verify content compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills – including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and dependencies
  • Should be able to maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, and meeting notes, etc.
  • Basic technical understanding – to communicate effectively with design, development, and QA teams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments – while maintaining clear communication and documentation
  • Previous work experience in the ecommerce space will be considered an added advantage
  • Professional certification in Project Managment like a CAPM or PMP will be considered an added advantage
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) will be considered an added advantage.
