Job Brief: We are seeking a motivated Outbound Marketing Intern to assist in implementing our outbound marketing strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns. Utilize digital marketing channels, including Email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers and generate leads. Perform limited copywriting and editing of email content to fit communication requirements and goals. Manage and track the success of marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics. Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences. Ideate with Content Team to create marketing materials and outreach content. Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and reporting. Refine communication strategy based on data insights. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Determine new and innovative ways to Improve click-through-rates (CTR). Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google services, etc. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lead generation and outbound marketing is a plus Note: To clarify, this is not a traditional sales internship. You won’t be required to do field sales or make cold calls. Instead, you'll support the sales team through tasks like market research, lead data extraction, LinkedIn and Email outreach.
