Maintain Project Timeline: ● Develop detailed project timelines and schedules. ● Monitor progress to ensure milestones are met on time. ● Adjust timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope. Daily Task Execution: ● Coordinate daily tasks and activities for the project team. ● Ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. ● Track task completion and report on progress. Maintain Team Productivity: ● Foster a productive and collaborative work environment. ● Implement strategies to boost team efficiency and morale. ● Address any productivity issues promptly. Maintain Project Documentation: ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. ● Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible to the team. ● Document lessons learned and best practices. Strong Knowledge in Digital Marketing: ● Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. ● Apply digital marketing knowledge to enhance project outcomes. Project Planning: ● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables. ● Coordinate with clients and team members to finalise project plans. ● Ensure plans are realistic and achievable. Budget Management: ● Develop and manage project budgets. ● Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget. ● Report on budget status and address any variances. Post-Project Review: ● Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement. ● Document lessons learned and share insights with the team. ● Implement improvements based on review findings. Qualifications: ● 1+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital marketing. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.). ● Proficiency in project management software tools. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
