This role requires a blend of project management skills, digital marketing knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Job Responsibilities: Communication: ● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, team members, and stakeholders. ● Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed. ● Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and address any concerns. Requirement Understanding : ● Gather and document project requirements from clients. ● Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and objectives. ● Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the team. Problem Solving: ● Identify potential issues and risks early in the project. ● Develop and implement effective solutions to address challenges. ● Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving. Maintain Project Timeline: ● Develop detailed project timelines and schedules. ● Monitor progress to ensure milestones are met on time. ● Adjust timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope. Daily Task Execution: ● Coordinate daily tasks and activities for the project team. ● Ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. ● Track task completion and report on progress. Maintain Team Productivity: ● Foster a productive and collaborative work environment. ● Implement strategies to boost team efficiency and morale. ● Address any productivity issues promptly. Team Follow-up Sequence: ● Establish a regular follow-up sequence with team members. ● Ensure consistent communication and feedback loops. ● Support team members in meeting their goals. Team Weekly Performance Overview: ● Conduct weekly performance reviews with the team. ● Analyse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. ● Provide constructive feedback and recognition. Regular Client Follow-up Regarding Services: ● Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction. ● Provide updates on project progress and deliverables. ● Address any client concerns or feedback promptly. Maintain Project Documentation: ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. ● Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible to the team. ● Document lessons learned and best practices. Strong Knowledge in Digital Marketing: ● Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. ● Apply digital marketing knowledge to enhance project outcomes. Project Planning: ● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables. ● Coordinate with clients and team members to finalise project plans. ● Ensure plans are realistic and achievable. Budget Management: ● Develop and manage project budgets. ● Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget. ● Report on budget status and address any variances. Post-Project Review: ● Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement. ● Document lessons learned and share insights with the team. ● Implement improvements based on review findings. Qualifications: ● 1+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital marketing. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.). ● Proficiency in project management software tools. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Skills: ● Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Strong interpersonal and team management skills. ● High level of initiative and ability to work independently. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
