MAIN PURPOSE

design review and coordination

LOCATION

As per requirement

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience in a construction developer or PMC/CM company
Worked on projects such as
commercial buildings, IT parks, hotels, residential, hospitals
Experience in
water bodies
,
slit drain systems
and
pre-cast drain systems
is preferred
Strong exposure to design coordination from concept through execution

QUALIFICATIONS

B Arch / BE Civil
Post-Graduation in Construction Management
Software knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Projects etc

SKILLS

Detailed technical knowledge of design, pre-construction & construction phases with emphasis on coordination and management
Budgeting, scheduling, value engineering
Good knowledge of building bye-laws
Understanding of water bodies and drainage systems (slit drains, pre-cast drains)
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and innovate.
