Project Associate [Ujjain]

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Smart City ICT Project Coordinator to support execution and coordination of large-scale event and urban technology projects such as Simhastha Kumbh, ICCC modernization, crowd management systems, ITMS, video surveillance, AI-based analytics, and citizen service platforms. The role includes documentation, solution planning, site surveys, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and ensuring smooth implementation of technology-enabled infrastructure.

• Full-time | Project Associate |Field Support (Onsite)
• Location - Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
• Experience Required: 3–4 Years

• Support development of Scope of Work (SoW), DPR, RFP, RFQ, BOQ documents and technical specifications.
• Assist in benchmarking, costing analysis, assumptions, deployment standards & compliance sheets.
• Prepare presentations, progress reports, MOM & approval documents for management.
• Participate in feasibility assessment and requirement gathering with all stakeholders.

• Coordinate with system integrators, OEMs, civil agencies and operations teams.
• Track implementation schedules, monitor timelines and escalate risks or delays.
• Validate site readiness, installation quality and integration deliverables.
• Assist in testing, acceptance, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover activities.

• Conduct field surveys and geo-mapping of poles, cameras, fiber routes, civil requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities for ROW, permissions, utility clearances.
• Validate counting of assets and update site documentation.

• Understand Smart City components such as ICCC, ITMS, CCTV surveillance, FRS, ANPR, PAS, VMD, IoT, network backbone, storage architecture, cloud/data lake concepts.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders for dashboard requirements, analytics reporting and operational flow.

• Ensure coordination among departments including Police, UMC, UDA, Smart City, OEMs & consultants.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports, dashboards and performance metrics.

• Knowledge of Surveillance systems, ITMS, Networking, Cloud/Storage, Smart City platforms
• Experience with RFP / DPR / BOQ preparation and tendering process
• Strong project management, documentation & presentation skills
• Ability to handle field execution coordination
• Understanding of GIS, AutoCAD layout or Smart City design is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced multi-agency environment

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc IT / Any relevant technical discipline
• Certification in Smart City / PMP / ITIL (preferred but not mandatory)

• Preferably from Ujjain or Indore
• Should be comfortable working in Government premises
• Immediate or early joiners preferred
