PATH’s health systems vertical is engaged with the following themes: Primary Health Care Pandemic Preparedness and Surveillance Devices and Diagnostics Supply Chain Management Healthcare Economics and Financing Technology and Innovations Private Sector Engagement Anti-Microbial Resistance and Global Health Security Climate Change Quality Improvement About the position PATH is seeking a Program Officer position on Third Party Payroll- Randstad for implementation and roll out of the supply chain strengthening project under TIS vertical. The PO- Supply Chain Analyst will work with the national and state teams to provide technical assistance and hand-holding support for strengthening public health supply chain management in the state of Assam. Job Responsibilities: IT System Development and Maintenance: Support in Rolling out DVDMS in the State of Assam till SHC level. Ensure seamless integration of changes made with existing systems-DVDMS Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution. Enhance the functionalities and development of dashboard for DVDMS. Leverage coding expertise to automate tasks, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize IT processes, leading to faster resolutions and reduced downtime. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote the usage of DVDMS into supply chain, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization by service providers. Establish mechanisms for monitoring the usage of DVDMS within public health supply chains, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data accuracy, timeliness, and system functionality. Analyzing DVDMS data to inform decision-making and improve supply chain performance within public health programs. Analyze DVDMS performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing DVDMS functionality and usability to support supply chain operations effectively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in DVDMS usage and management, encouraging feedback, ideas, and suggestions from users and stakeholders for system enhancement. Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain data analytics solutions to track supply chain performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Design and generate reports for stakeholders, including data visualizations and insights. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations. Provide technical support and training to stakeholders, including supply chain managers, logistics teams, and other end-users. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions for them. Any other programmatic project task assigned by the supervisor. Required Experience and qualifications. Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management/ Computer Application/ Healthcare IT or any other related field from top-tier schools. Possess proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, PHP), allowing adaptability in evolving tech environments and contributing to innovative project development. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing LMIS or Information Technology in progressively responsible leadership roles. Bridges the gap between IT and development teams, enabling smoother implementation of technical solutions and enhancing system integration. Previous experience/ Demonstrated expertise in a similar role would be preferred for this position. Expertise in functions and practices of supply chain in government organizations/ departments and knowledge of best practices in supply chain management. Skills/ Abilities Excellent knowledge of computer application, mobile applications, IT solutions. Excellent knowledge of Logistic Management Information System such as DVDMS, E-Aushadhi and other state specific information systems, Self-starter and committed to performing their duties with a high degree of autonomy in line with project goals and objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and policy concepts to diverse audiences. Self-directed and creative individual with experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to develop productive working relationships with state government officials, partner organizations, and other key stakeholders including other team members Data analysis, data visualization, and analytical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to multitask and work in a multi-cultural team. Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines. Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time. Location: Guwahati, Assam Type: Third-Party Contract till March 2026 with possibility of extension
