We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master or Program Manager to lead Agile delivery across engineering and product teams in building our next-generation B2C food tech platform. This role is pivotal in driving delivery excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment across design, product, marketing, and operations. You'll play a key role in shaping our consumer experience on mobile/web platforms that reach millions, ensuring timely and quality releases through robust planning, stakeholder management, and Agile best practices.
Responsibilities
Agile Project Management:
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain and track product and engineering backlogs in collaboration with product managers and tech leads.
- Own and manage Sprint burn-downs, velocity charts, and team capacity planning.
Program Delivery
- Manage program timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and release coordination across multiple Scrum teams.
- Drive effort estimation and resource allocation across sprints/releases.
- Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Mitigate risks proactively and maintain delivery quality through structured governance and planning.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary interface between engineering, design, product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and timelines to all relevant stakeholders, including leadership.
- Drive alignment between tech and business teams to meet customer and market needs effectively.
Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with UI/UX, product owners, and marketing teams for feature readiness and go-to-market timelines.
- Facilitate alignment between product roadmap and tech capacity.
- Ensure customer-first delivery of app features, platform scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum frameworks in a tech-led product company.
- Strong understanding of consumer tech, preferably in food tech/e-commerce / delivery domains.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent).
- Experience managing B2C app development (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Strong command over RAID matrix, burn-down tracking, risk planning, and release coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Understanding of RTO/RPO, app performance metrics, and scale-related concerns is a plus.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile Project Management is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment.
- Background in consumer internet or delivery-tech platforms.
- Understanding of customer behavior in food ordering, delivery logistics, or QSR domains is a plus.
