Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end

  Lease Lifecycle

  Lease Renewals

  ,

  Registrations

  ,

  Compliance

  , and

  Full & Final Settlements

  .
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to secure favorable lease conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  Landlords

  , Developers, and Property Consultants.
• Conduct

  Market Mapping

  and

  Research

  to identify and finalize strategic sites for expansion.
• Draft, review, and ensure accurate execution of

  Lease Agreements

  and other related legal documents.
• Lead

  Business Development

  initiatives to support sustainable growth in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Design, and Operations teams to align on expansion plans.
• Perform detailed

  Financial

  and

  Profit & Loss Analysis

  for new and existing sites to ensure commercial viability.
• Execute

  Lease Audits

  to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and optimize rental outflows
• Open to travel across various cities in South India as per business requirement.
