Compensation:

₹20 LPA

Position Overview

This role supports a large-scale Transformation Program by ensuring adherence to governance standards, facilitating smooth program operations, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analysis. The consultant will be responsible for supporting key program activities including tool administration, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program governance support, ensuring that all program activities follow defined structures and standards.
  • Manage and maintain program tools including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Coordinate program meetings, including cadence events like Program Increment (PI) Planning, retrospectives, and steering committee sessions.
  • Assist with change control, risk, and issue management processes.
  • Support in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and JIRA for program visibility and decision-making.
  • Collect and analyze program data to identify trends, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Help maintain communication across stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Present program updates, findings, and insights to stakeholders through MS PowerPoint and Excel reports.
  • Work with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, providing support to Agile teams as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in program/project management or related administrative support roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint
    • MS Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, charts)
    • PowerPoint (presentation and stakeholder reporting)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across project stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
  • Exposure to GCP-Looker or other cloud-based analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and tools.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collecting user/stakeholder feedback to enhance program processes.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
