About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to support administrative operations and business development initiatives. The role requires a combination of strong writing skills, research capability, and organizational acumen. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong Communication

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are central to this role. The candidate should have a strong command of the English language, with the ability to draft, review, and refine documents for clarity and consistency. A background in English, communications, or a related field is highly valued, along with proficiency in copy-editing, report formatting, and document presentation.

2. Research & Analytical Skills

The position requires the ability to research market trends, analyze competitors, and synthesize data to support business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering, organizing, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative information to inform proposals and organizational decisions.

3. Lead Management Support

This role involves actively tracking leads, identifying new opportunities through relevant portals or platforms, and maintaining an organized lead database. The candidate must be able to coordinate follow-ups across teams, ensure deadlines are met, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business development pipeline.

4. Time Management & Organization

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail, the ability to plan ahead, and effective task prioritization are essential to ensure high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

5. Team Collaboration & Adaptability

This role requires close coordination across functions and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting diverse teams across global offices and time zones, and contributing to problem-solving efforts with flexibility and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across projects and business development activities.
  • Coordinate internal communication, documentation, and logistics to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, concept notes, capability statements, and other submissions.
  • Conduct background research and contribute to the development of organizational knowledge materials.
  • Track deliverables, monitor deadlines, and assist in reporting and documentation processes.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in English, Communications, Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, coordination, research, or business development roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving orientation
