Miyamoto Global Experts India is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Structural) with 6 years and onwards of experience on medium to large scale building projects to join our Engineering team based In Gurgaon, India. This position will support Miyamoto’s global offices while coordinating with overseas Principal Engineers from Gurgaon office. Eligible candidates must have in-depth knowledge of US building codes and hands-on experience in performing analysis and design, preparing calculation packages and construction drawings. Key Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: • Prepare deliverables of structural design calculation packages and construction drawings for building projects. • Develop and review structural designs, analysis, and calculations for reinforced concrete, posttensioned concrete, and steel structures. • Possess in-Depth knowledge and application of US codes including ACI-318, ASCE 7, ASCE 41 and AISC in all design work. • Coordinate with Principal Engineer to understand project requirements and deliver work. • Coordinate with Revit technicians and multidisciplinary teams. • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project outputs. Minimum Qualifications: • A minimum of 6 years and onwards of experience in Structural and Earthquake engineering with exposure to US building codes. • Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent). • Sound knowledge of US building design codes. • Working knowledge of software such as ETABS, SAFE, RAM, RISA 3D, ADAPT. • Experience on medium-to-large-scale projects (residential, retail, hospitality, commercial, or mixed use). • Exposure to Performance-Based design is preferred. • Excellent communication and Engineering management skills.
