Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in New Delhi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process of furniture and interior projects, ensuring efficient resource management and timely completion of projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with design and procurement teams, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and handling any production-related issues. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing production workflow are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Production Management, Resource Management, and Scheduling skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Compliance
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Supply Chain Management
• Strong Leadership, Team Coordination, and Communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and improve production efficiency
• Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
