Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in Plastic Moulding manufacturing
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing / production supervision.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and with high quality. This role involves leading production teams, monitoring processes, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other departments to optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across the shop floor.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively for smooth production flow.
• Monitor machine operations, minimize downtime, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Train, guide, and evaluate operators and production staff for performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production, shift reports, and daily logs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
• Enforce company policies, work discipline, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist management in achieving production cost, yield, and output goals.

• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
