Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Vallam, Oragadam, Gummidipoondi, Poonaamalli, Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 (In-Hand)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Gender: Male candidates only
Bike: Mandatory

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant stream

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of automotive components
• Ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on inspection findings and quality checks
• Support in daily quality checks and assist in resolving quality issues on the shop floor
• Work closely with production and quality teams for effective team coordination
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of quality inspection methods
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
• Ability to identify defects and deviations in parts
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
