Job Description:

Autocal Engineers Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Heavy Fabrication Technician for its Chakan, Pune facility. We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals with a background in metal fabrication to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Assembly:

Construct large metal components and structures using processes like cutting, welding, and machining.

• Blueprint Reading:

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision in fabrication.

• Quality Control:

Conduct inspections and testing to maintain product quality and compliance with safety standards.

• Machine Operation:

Operate heavy fabrication equipment including welding machines, CNC machines, and hydraulic presses.

• Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

• Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues during the fabrication process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in metal fabrication or a related field (vocational training or apprenticeship preferred).
• Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW).
• Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication machinery.
• Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
