Role Description Job Summary: • 10+ years of experience in production management, preferably in interior fit-out or custom furniture production. • Expertise in cutting list preparation to optimize material use and reduce waste. • Strong leadership skills to manage production teams and ensure project deadlines are met. • Proficient in overseeing quality control, production schedules, and vendor relationships. • Ability to collaborate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution. This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Muvattupuzha. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring timely completion of projects, managing production staff, and maintaining quality control standards. Daily tasks include planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving. Qualifications Experience in production management, project management, and people management Strong understanding of quality control processes and health and safety regulations Excellent organizational and planning skills Effective communication and team collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Proficiency with production management software and tools Experience in the interior and exterior design industry is a plus
