Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, cycle time) and drive improvements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, IATF, GMP, etc., as applicable).
Work closely with the Quality team to minimize rejections, rework, and customer complaints.
Establish robust SOPs and process controls.
Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
Drive employee engagement, skill development, and discipline on the shop floor.
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and design teams for developments and trials.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Control production costs by reducing wastage, downtime, and overconsumption.
Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices.
Ensure efficient use of energy, consumables, and raw materials.
Present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to senior management.
Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics for smooth operations.
Support management in audits, customer visits, and new product launches
